Having had various cosmetic surgeries myself due to a birth defect, I would definitely urge you to see a well-qualified COSMETIC surgeon (NOT AN E.N.T), and get an evaluation done. From the details you've provided, I think surgery would work out really well for you! While I don't agree with people that go surgery-crazy when they don't have any birth defects or injuries, I am definitely an advocate for the confidence and relief a cosmetic procedure or two can bring! For some people, it's a very positive life decision!
