you may have a deviated septum. i have one and my left side of my face works better than the right because the right side of my nose as somewhat of an awkward bump and doesn’t look as good as the left. i may be getting it fixed soon! its not really considered a “nose job” because you are only correcting the septum but it may straighten out the right side of your nose. it usually doesn’t change the outside appearance of your nose though. but if your nose looks strange due to the deviated septum and you get surgery done on it, it’ll probably fix the bump/unnaturalness of it. :)
    hope that helped!

There are a lot of factors involved… A surgeon will need to examine the tissue and x-ray the bone that makes up your nose to see how effective a rhinoplasty will be (EVERY case is different). Having had various cosmetic surgeries myself due to a birth defect, I would definitely urge you to see a well-qualified COSMETIC surgeon (NOT AN E.N.T), and get an evaluation done. From the details you’ve provided, I think surgery would work out really well for you!
While I don’t agree with people that go surgery-crazy when they don’t have any birth defects or injuries, I am definitely an advocate for the confidence and relief a cosmetic procedure or two can bring! For some people, it’s a very positive life decision!

Maybe you should visit a surgeon and get his expert opinion. He can give you an honest evaluation of your situation. I had a procedure in 1980 and I am very happy with the results.
