I’d say the earliest that you could get a nose-job would be 12:01 AM.
OK, just being funny. My guess would be that the earliest you could get one ON YOUR OWN WISHES would be when you reach majority adulthood. That would 18 years old in the USA, not sure about India or Pakistan.
You could certainly get one at a younger age if it were a medical necessity, or perhaps with your parents’ consent. But as a parent myself, I’d have to be VERY convinced of the need for doing any cosmetic surgery on my children, especially if they’re under 18.
