		<description>One technique is to use a support pillow.  Puting the neck in good alignment will not only help nerves flow adequately to the sinuses, it will help keep sinus pathways open.
I put a link below to a pillow that will do this. Also this pillow is hypoallergenic which is also good because some people have allergies that irritate the sinuses contributing to snoring.</description>
