I had been hearing and reading both positive and negative reviews of serious anti aging products and was really curious for myself. Can you really reverse the hands of time? I read all the information available and really wanted to experiment, but was so hesitant simply because of the pricey tags on the products. I was apprehensive to put out the cash because I already had invested a fortune experimenting with a huge variety of facial creams and potions in the past. So, it ended with me not buying any extraordinary face cream and I just kept using what I already had stashed away in my cabinets and drawers. If Walmart sold it, I tried it.

Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months and so on and so forth. I woke up one morning and much to my surprise, I was 38. What a tragic realization. What happened and where was I? I pulled myself slowly, feeling the sorrow of the time passed, out of bed and into the bathroom and stood under the bright lights, starring into the mirror. Little telling lines were popping up in places where they had never been before, but one crease in particular caught my eye and it was just enormous. I swear it had not been there the day before. This deep crease was on the right side of my nose between my nose and cheek and it ran north and south, just like the Great Mississippi. I just was hoping nobody was going to make an attempt to try and canoe down it.

Well, as the old saying goes, desperate times call for desperate measures. How could I walk around with a deep crevasse that I was sure everyone would notice, running down one side of my face. I was stumped about why I was having this ugliness take form. I just kept starring at it, magnifying and illuminating, so I could get a better look. All I could say was, “what in the world..?” I didn’t know where it was coming from or why, but it had to be stopped.

It was time to get serious give a more advanced and aggressive wrinkle cream a try. I came across a well known facial cream designed specifically as an anti aging treatment, offering the biggest and best results. This was the one I just knew would work for me, or I really hoped anyway. I ordered it online and anxiously awaited it’s arrival. (Really I paced back and forth between the bathroom mirror and the mailbox for two days thinking about how much it cost.) Finally, it came and I was so excited. When I opened this package, I was quite astonished at how big the tube of cream was. I thought it would be a trial size container and that their gimmick is to give you a little bit for a lot of money-leaving you wanting, needing and spending more. It was pretty large, I was surprised.

I immediately began my ‘reversing the hands of time’ routine, following the directions explicitly. I messaged it into the skin on my face in the morning and at night before bed, keeping a close eye on progress, and my skin soaked it up. At first, I wasn’t sure it was working. So, I just kept on. After about 3 weeks, my complexion started looking better with each day that passed. My husband caught on to what I was up to and he began using it too.

We have been using it every day since. The large river basin that mistook my face for a map, dried up and and all the fishermen went home. My husband, he doesn’t really like to talk about it because he is just that kind of guy, but I see him staring in the mirror when he thinks no one is looking. It tickles my funny bone. When you are ready to be proactive in fighting the signs of age, just know, there is a topical facial cream out there that can offer the results you are looking for.

skin repair indicates many different things. This is due to the fact that there are many ways to get damaged skin. Every form of damage is different. You will get the best skin repair if you choose the right treatment.

Some common types of skin damage are listed below:

* Weathering is a frequently seen type of skin damage * Wrinkling is a frequently seen type of skin damage * Scarring is a type of damage * • Discoloration /b> * Breakouts and inflammation are a type of damage

Some of these types of damage need only common treatments. Others need treatments specific to the particular type of damage. For example, treating a breakout can cause wrinkles if you do not take care. Conversely, repairing wrinkling can cause breakouts. Scarring is a unique issue that requires totally different treatments.

Keeping your skin hydrated is one of the most important factors in skin repair. Good moisturizers can fill out wrinkles and ease signs of weathering. A good moisturizer is also a good way to deal with the dryness that accompanies acne treatments. However, you will need to pick a moisturizer that perfectly meets your needs. Oil-free moisturizers are good for people prone to breakouts or with discolored skin. Anti-aging requires serious moisturizers with extra ingredients to be effective.

Vitamins are key for lightening scars. They can really improve anti-aging regimens as well, but may complicate breakout issues. Vitamins A, C and E can really improve the state of your skin. Topical applications are also good if you do not have sensitive skin. Some types of vitamins make you very sensitive to the sun so take care when dosing or applying.

When it comes to weathering, skin repair gets complicated. Weathering and scarring can be alleviated by exfoliation. This process results in new skin’s growth and the removal of old, dead skin. Patience is critical with this skin repair because it takes time to get results. Never exfoliate more than twice a week or you can give yourself chronic skin problems.

As you can see, skin repair is very diverse. You can use a lot of the treatments together. Adjust your personal skin repair routine to meet all the issues you are trying to resolve.

Healthy foods aren’t very popular. But, they can be very good with very little trouble. If you have problems eating fruit then you may want to read the information below for some extra motivation.

Healthy foods can actually keep wrinkles and signs of aging at bay. In fact, if you eat right it can help you look young and live longer. In other words, if you want to eat some sort of junk food that is not too good for you, you should just grab a handful of nuts instead. So this doesn’t sound as good? Maybe it will by the time you are finished reading this.

Read on for healthy foods that are have been proven to fight the effects of age:

• All types of citrus fruits
All citrus fruits contain high amounts of vitamin C. If you want to literally seal up the wrinkles and cracks in your skin, you should use a product containing vitamin C. Topical vitamin C is widely used in anti-aging products. However, the ability to heal from within is also important and eating oranges will give you a major dose of this vitamin.

• Walnuts
There are a lot of antioxidants in walnuts. This makes them great providers for these cancer-fighting compounds. Not only will they keep skin cancer from developing, they can also fight discoloration and other types of environmental weathering.

• Green tea
Green tea is also a wonderful source for antioxidants.

• Almonds
Almonds are very well known for the amount of vitamin E they contain. Scars and stretch marks will be diminished when applying vitamin E topically. It can also diminish existing age spots. However, when taken internally vitamin E can help prevent the formation of these marks in the first place.

(Note: if you are going to have surgery soon, ask your doctor about the appropriate amounts of vitamin E for your diet. Some people find that they bleed more when they take extra vitamin E so you might want to cease any supplement during this time.)

As you can see, there are numerous reasons to eat healthy. Next time you need extra motivation, reread this and you won’t be tempted to skip the healthy foods.

Makeup minerals can be confusing. In the past year those has been so much media hype about mineral makeup that everyone is looking for natural mineral remedies. However, not all makeup minerals are good. Some of the most common are at best ineffectual. The worst that can happen is that they can cause serious problems.

Naturally, you want to get as much as you can from the minerals in your makeup. However, they may not want to switch over to mineral makeup entirely. Earth minerals may be what they are looking for. Maybe they just want the anti-aging benefits. Could be that they just want to stay away from potential problems minerals can cause.

You should understand results you will get from the minerals in your makeup. We have put together a short list of makeup minerals. You will look at your makeup’s ingredients and understand them.

• Zinc and zinc oxide
These are common in pure mineral makeup products. They also happen to be natural sunscreens. Use should use these minerals if you would like to smooth out your features and hide wrinkles. When you have these minerals in their purest form, they will not aggravate your skin.

• Titanium dioxide
This mineral is also very common in natural makeups. It smoothes irregularities in complexion This is recommended for those with acne or rosacea problems as it can help relieve. But, they can also mix it with artificial ingredients which can result in the makeup being less hypoallergenic.

• Mica
Mica makes these makeups have an anti-aging element to them. It will actually reflect light away from your wrinkles. It averts the eyes away from your skin irregularities. Mica in mineral makeup is ground very fine so that you do not look like you are wearing glitter. This is a very popular anti-aging and camouflaging ingredient even in non-mineral makeups.

• Bismuth
Bismuth has long been a very controversial mineral. After all, it is a pure mineral. However, it has to be processed to be used in mineral makeup. It is very hard to just grind this mineral into a powder. Some even claim that it should not even count as a pure mineral. It creates a fresh “glow” that many users love. If you sweat or have very sensitive skin this mineral will cause you to itch.

• Talc
Talc has been used for decades as a makeup mineral. It has played a very large role in makeup since makeup was first used. However, many people are allergic to talc. It is usually used as a filler in most makeup. You are using talc if you use any type of conventional makeup. Pure mineral makeup products usually leave out talc because it is a common allergen.
