Possible To Retain Character After Having A Nose Job?

I want to have a nose job to decrease my hump on the bridge of my nose. Is it possible to just decrease the hump and not take it away completely because I want to keep my character, but just have less of a bump?
I hate the look of an extremely straight nose…It looks fake and boring.

Of course, you just have to tell the plastic surgeon what you want. Jennifer Grey, the petite actress in Dirty Dancing with Patrick Swayze, had the bump in her nose completely removed, and her opportunities for acting jobs decreased dramatically. So I know where you’re coming from. Straight is indeed boring. For noses, I mean.

Sure it is. Think about Ashlee Simpson. Her nose looks great and not fake.http://www.celebrityplasticpics.com/ashl…
