How To Stop A Mild Snoring Problem?
Sunday, November 1, 2009 19:00Posted in category Snoring
My boyfriend has a snoring problem. Sometimes its loud, sometimes it’s not, depending on how tired he is. He snores when he’s not even asleep yet and he can’t hear it. I would just whisper, you’re snoring, and he would be like SERIOUSLY? I CAN’T HEAR ANYTHING. It’s very strange, and then after that he can control it.
What are some easy ways to help his snoring problem. I know some people with severe apnea have to use a oxygen machine that pumps oxygen into their lungs at night, but is there anything less exreme?

Try the tennis ball trick. Many people who snore do so while sleeping on their backs. Put a tennis ball in a sock and pin it to the back of his shirt. Then, when he rolls over on his back, the ball will nudge him back on to his side, where he is less likely to snore. Also, try using a warm-mist humidifier at night. Many people snore because of congestion caused by undiagnosed allergies. The humidifier will ease his breathing, which will reduce his snoring. Whatever you do to help him stop snoring, it’s worth it. Snoring has been linked to a 67% increased risk of stroke.

Hiya..
I think you should take him to the doctors because maybe he has something stuck in his nose and therefore it stops normall breaths so i think you should take him to the doctors. If you have done that there is normally a shop in Watford that takes ur snoring away, because my dad had the same problem and he went to that shop and Voila.
I’ve heard if you sleep with a shoe then the snoring will go away..
But no one has tried it in my family..soo….
I hope you find a solution to this problem.
Good Luck
